In the face, fat is organized into fat pads. As we age, the fat is lost or redistributed, and the fat pads shift relative to each other. Over time, bony features, lines, and wrinkles become more visible.
Bone
There is a significant loss of facial bone with age. Aging of the craniofacial skeleton may be due to changes in the relative dynamics of bone expansion and bone resorption. Bone recession leads to thinner bone, removing structural support for the overlying tissues. This loss of support contributes to sagging and droopiness and noticeable changes in the other layers of overlying soft tissue and skin.

I stumbled upon them online a couple years ago, and I've been really impressed with them ever since. I like the website. The products are super high quality, and they always come packaged well (and they ship fast). I trust them. I buy my Tret and my Obagi Blender cream from there, but I’m thinking about picking up a few other goodies too. They have big sales a couple times a year, and as soon as I get those emails, I pop on to place an order. The people who work there are really nice too, which is rare these days. The first time you order Tretinoin, they follow up with you about the prescription. They did that all over text with me. It was really nice. Thank you for being awesome!!! 🩵
