Thank you Totality Medispa:))) I am so happy that I finally found this place and the products I have been looking for. I have been using Obagi Nu Derm RX products prescribed by a doctor many years back from UAE and I never needed a prescription after that. I have been buying them every year when I travel . This year I couldn’t travel and I thought that Obagi FX would control my pigmentation but it didn’t work. My melasma is back and my skin started to look so dull with an uneven skin tone which is making me look ugly :((. Canada doesn’t sell RX system . If I want to buy the product online then I need a prescription and to find an online physician …in short very disappointed. A big thank you to Totality Medispa that I could purchase online without any difficulties and everything was so easy and I received my order. Prompt , efficient and great service . Thank you so much and I highly recommend them .

The women that work at Totality are top notch. I’ve gone there for a variety of services for over a year and they’ve always provided exceptional service. I started going leading up to my wedding last fall and they helped improve my skin so much. Bethany was my pre-wedding angel helping with my stress breakouts leading up to the big day. Liz has been my hydrafacial go-to and gives the best massages. The girls at the front desk are incredible and so sweet. 10/10 would recommend.

When you find a place you like, you don't go anywhere else. Beautiful facility, super well stocked with high end skincare, both downtown and on Daniel Island. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and you never have to wait too long. My injector, Sarah, is terrific - steady hand, very light touch, super precise in her work and a lovely human. Every time I see her it's like we're old friends, only she erases my wrinkles while we catch up. I also had a hydrafacial with Liz. It was a relaxing hour of friendly conversation and pleasant treatment that makes your skin glow. I love Totality. It's an extravagance to be sure but I trust them and feel great after each session. Looking forward to trying some more treatments when I am able to. Take a friend and go get pampered.

I'm an online customer of this shop. I've never visited their physical store in Charleston, but I plan to next time I’m there. I stumbled upon them online a couple years ago, and I've been really impressed with them ever since. I like the website. The products are super high quality, and they always come packaged well (and they ship fast). I trust them. I buy my Tret and my Obagi Blender cream from there, but I’m thinking about picking up a few other goodies too. They have big sales a couple times a year, and as soon as I get those emails, I pop on to place an order. The people who work there are really nice too, which is rare these days. The first time you order Tretinoin, they follow up with you about the prescription. They did that all over text with me. It was really nice. Thank you for being awesome!!! 🩵
